摘要
研究了紫外吸收剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺酸基二苯甲酮(HMBS)和酸性红MZ-2B对锦纶纤维进行染色和紫外线防护整理一浴加工。探讨了HMBS和MZ-2B用量、处理温度、时间对锦纶染色和抗紫外性能的影响。使用阴离子型合成单宁和阳离子型CWF-HC两种固色剂对整理后的锦纶纤维进行固色,寻找最佳固色方法。研究结果表明,当HMBS用量为2%owf,温度95℃,时间40 min,染料用量0.3%owf,p H 3时,锦纶织物的紫外线防护系数UPF值提升至45。先阳离子型CWF-HC后阴离子型合成单宁固色的固色效果优于单一固色剂固色方法和先合成单宁后CWF-HC固色方法。
One-bath processing of dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyamide fabric was studied by absorberHMBS and acid red MZ-2B. The effect of dosage of HMBS and MZ-2B, dyeing temperature and time on dyeingand anti-UV performance of polyamide fabric were explored. The anionic synthetic tannin fixing agent and cationicfixing agent CWF-HC were used to fix the color of the dyed polyamide fabric in order to find the optimal fixingmethod. The results showed that the optimal dyeing and anti-UV process for polyamide fabric was HNBS 2%owl,dye dosage 0. 3%owf and pH 3, dyeing at 95~C for 40min, and the UPF value of dyed fabric raised to 45. Thefixing method that the fabric was firstly treated by CWF-HC and then by anionic synthetic tannin was better thanthat was either by single fixing agent or by firstly treated by synthetic tannin then by CWF-HC.
