等离子体接枝改性聚酯纤维织物对铜离子的吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了低温等离子体预处理聚酯纤维织物的处理工艺,并在处理后接枝丙烯酰胺对铜离子进行动态吸附,并对其吸附性能再生性进行探究,优化工艺为:低温等离子体处理PET织物真空度为50Pa,放电功率为150w,放电时间180s;经等离子体诱导接枝丙烯酰胺改性后的PET织物,对Cu^(2+)动态吸附时间为60min,温度为30℃,吸附液p H为4,且接枝改性的PET织物活化再生性良好。 To study the low temperature plasma pretreatment polyester fiber processing technology, and inthe treated fabric grafted acrylamide to copper ion by dynamic adsorption, and the adsorption regeneration per-formance of inquiry. The optimization of the process: low temperature plasma treatment of PET fabric vacuum to50Pa, the discharge power of 150W,discharge time 180s;PET fabric by plasma-induced grafting of acrylamidemodified on the Cu2% adsorption time was 60min, temperature of 30 ℃, pH 4 , and graft-modified PET with goodreproducibility activation.
