摘要
以红麻和粘胶短纤为原料,采用化学粘合法制备非织造地膜。通过对地膜的厚度、强力、吸湿性、透气性、降解性等性能进行测试,并表征了地膜的微观形貌和表面结构。结果表明:通过调节面密度、纤维比及粘合剂浓度制得性能良好的红麻/粘胶非织造地膜;结合20d土埋后,非织造地膜的降解率达到45%。通过种植大豆试验表明,红麻地膜具备优良通透性、保温性、保水性,能有效改善大豆作物生长环境。
Kenaf and viscose fiber were used to preparenonwoven film by chemical bonding method. Theproperties of the film such as thickness, strength, moisture absorption, permeability, degradation were tested andthe microstructure and surface structure of it were characterized. The results showed : The kenaf/viscose nonwovenfilm with good performance could be prepared by adjusting the surface density, fiber blended ratio and adhesiveconcentration and the degradation rate of it could reach 45% after being buried in soil for 20 days. By planting thesoybeans, the film of kenaf had excellent permeability, heat preservation and water retention, which could effec-tively improve the growing environment of bean crop.
