精子因素对IUI/IVF-ET术后孕早期流产的影响

摘要 目的研究精子DNA碎片化指数(DNA fragmentation index,DFI)、精子浓度、精子活动力、精子畸形率与孕早期流产的关系。方法回顾性分析我院2014年6月至2016年8月期间行IUI/IVF-ET术的患者的临床资料,选取助孕术后配偶孕早期流产的男性患者25例作为流产组,同时选取同期助孕术后配偶正常分娩的男性患者25例作为生育组。比较两组患者的精子DFI以及各项精液参数。结果流产组的正常形态精子百分率明显低于生育组,精子DFI明显高于生育组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精子畸形率高、精子DFI增高可能与孕早期流产有关。 Objective To study the correlation among sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI), sperm concentration, sperm motility, sperm malformation rate and early spontaneous abortion. Methods The clinical data of patients receiving IUFIVF-ET operation in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. 25 cases of male patients whose spouse had early spontaneous abortion after assisted pregnancy were selected as the abortion group. At the same time, another 25 cases of male patients whose spouse had normal delivery after assisted pregnancy were selected as the fertility group. The sperm DFI and sperm parameters were compared between two groups. Results The rate of sperm with normal morphology of abortion group was significantly lower than that of fertility group, and the sperm DFI was significantly higher than that of fertility group, with statistical differences (P〈0.01). Conclusions High sperm malformation rate and increase of sperm DFI are probably related to early spontaneous abortion.
