系统化护理对骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折患者自我管理能力的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing on Self-Management Ability of Patients with Limb Long Bone Fractures Undergoing Bone External Fixation

目的探讨系统化护理对骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选取我院2015年7月至2017年7月收治的行骨外固定支架治疗的240例四肢长管状骨骨折患者,随机分为两组各120例。研究组采用系统化护理,对照组行常规护理。对比两组患者的临床护理效果、自我管理能力评分、并发症情况和满意度。结果研究组的护理优良率为89.17%,明显高于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05);两组的满意度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05)。研究组的行为管理、心理活动、状态管理评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理应用于行骨外固定支架治疗的四肢长管状骨骨折患者中,效果良好,能够显著提高患者的自我管理能力,减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on self-management ability of patients with limb long bone fractures undergoing bone external fixation. Methods 240 cases of patients with limb long bone fractures undergoing bone external fixation in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 120 cases in each group. The study group received systematic nursing, while the control group received routine nursing. The clinical nursing effect, self-management ability scores and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The nursing excellent and good rate of study group was 89.17%, significantly higher than 79.17% of control group （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the satisfaction degree between two groups （P〉0.05）. The incidence of complications of study group was 8.33%, significantly lower than 12.50% of control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of behavior management, psychological activity and state management of study group were better than those of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Systematic nursing in the application of patients with limb long bone fractures undergoing bone external fixation has good effect, which can significantly improve patients＇ self-management ability and reduce the complications.
