心肌酶谱在不同程度烧伤患者中的检验价值

The Value of Myocardial Enzymes in Patients with Burns of Varying Degrees

目的:分析心肌酶谱检验对烧伤患者的检验和判定价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1-4月收治的不同程度烧伤患者78例,分为轻度烧伤组、中度烧伤组和重度烧伤组,各26例,将烧伤患者作为观察组,另选取健康体检者78例作为对照组。比较两组心肌酶谱检测结果,分析心肌酶谱对不同程度烧伤患者的诊断价值。结果:两组心肌酶谱检测结果比较,观察组CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、ALT均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST、ALT比较,轻度烧伤组<中度烧伤组<重度组烧伤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心肌酶谱能够有效区分烧伤患者和健康体检者,以及不同程度烧伤患者心肌损伤情况,对患者的临床治疗有指导价值。

Objective： To analyze the value of myocardial enzymes in the detection and judgment of burn patients.Method ： A total of 78 patients were divided into mild bums group, moderate burns group and severe burns group, 26 cases in each group.The patients with bums were treated as observation group and 78 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The results of myocardial enzymes spectrum detection in two groups were compared, and the diagnostic value of myocardial enzymes spectrum for different degree bum patients was analyzed.Result： The testing results of myocardial enzyme spectrum such as CK, CK- MB, LDH, AST, ALT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CK, CK-MB, LDH, AST, ALT in observation group, mild burn group was the lowest, then the moderate bum group, the severe burn group was the highest, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Myocardial enzymes spectrum can effectively distinguish burn patients from healthy subjects and burn patients with different degrees of myocardial injury, which is of guiding value for clinical treatment of patients.
