人感染H7N9禽流感危重患者不同时期机械通气的护理效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究人感染H7N9禽流感危重患者不同时期机械通气的护理效果。方法:本次研究选取的对象为2016年1月1日-12月31日在笔者所在医院进行治疗的人感染H7N9禽流感危重患者,对10例患者机械通气不同时期采取针对性的护理干预,对比护理前后患者的心理状况、心率、呼吸频率、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、p H、血氧饱和度、氧指数。结果:人感染H7N9禽流感危重患者护理后的心率(77.36±10.05)次/min、呼吸频率(20.14±1.25)次/min、氧分压(13.68±14.72)mm Hg、血氧饱和度(99.44±0.68)%及氧指数(375.96±60.08)均比护理前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前后对比二氧化碳分压、p H差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对人感染H7N9禽流感危重患者不同时期机械通气进行针对性的护理干预能够使呼吸状况得到改善,促进抢救成功率的提高。 [ Abstract ] Objective: To study the nursing effect of mechanical ventilation in critically ill patients infected with H7N9 avian influenza at different times. Method: The subjects of this study were selected for the January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 period in our hospital for treatment of avian influenza H7N9 infection in critically ill patients, 10 cases with mechanical ventilation in different period to take targeted nursing intervention, compared with patients before and after nursing psychological status, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen partial pressure, partial pressure of carbon dioxide and pH, oxygen saturation, oxygen index. Result: The infection of H7N9 avian influenza in critically ill patients after heart rate (77.36 ± 10.05)times/min, respiratory frequency (20.14 ± 1.25)times/min, the oxygen partial pressure (13.68 ± 14.72)mm Hg, oxygen saturation (99.44 ± 0.68)% and oxygen index (375.96 ± 60.08) were significantly improved than before treatment(P〈0.05), nursing before and after the partial pressure of carbon dioxide, pH was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion: The targeted nursing intervention can improve the respiratory status and promote the success rate of rescue in critically ill patients infected with HTN9 avian influenza at different stages.
