老年综合评估护理模式在提高老年冠心病患者生活质量中的应用

Elderly Comprehensive Assessment Nursing Model in Improving the Quality of Life on Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:判断老年综合评估护理模式在提高老年冠心病患者生活质量中的应用效果。方法:本文随机抽取笔者所在医院2015年7月-2017年1月收治的88例老年冠心病患者为研究对象。按照患者的意愿将其分为对照组和评估组,每组44例;分别为两组患者提供常规护理和老年综合评估护理;比较两组患者CQQC量表得分及护理满意度。结果:评估组患者治疗结束时、出院2个月后的CQQC评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评估组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年综合评估护理模式用于提高老年冠心病患者生活质量,效果显著。

Objective： To determine the effect of application of comprehensive geriatric assessment of nursing model in improving the quality of life on patients in elderly coronary heart disease.Method ： A total of 88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly selected as the research object in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017.According to the wishes of the elderly patients, they were divided into the control group and the evaluation groLtp, 44 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were provided with routine nursing and comprehensive assessment of elderly nursing.Compared CQQC score and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Result： At the end of treatment, 2 months after treatment, the C QQC scores of the evaluation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the evaluation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ： Comprehensive geriatric assessment nursing mode can improve the quality of life on elderly coronary heart disease patients, and the effect is remarkable.
