舒适护理对血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Hemodialysis Patients with Skin Pruritus

目的:探讨有针对性的舒适护理在血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的60例行维持性血液透析皮肤瘙痒的患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,分别进行常规护理及舒适护理。结果:经过3个月的护理干预后,观察组患者临床症状改善的显效率与总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者实施针对性的舒适护理,能有效改善患者皮肤瘙痒症状,缓解患者焦虑与抑郁的负面情绪。

Objective： To investigate the application effect of targeted comfort care in hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus.Method： A total of 60 patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis and skin pruritus in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into the eontrot group and the observation group randomly, respectively for routine care and comfort care.Result： After 3 months of nursing intervention, the effective rate and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The targeted comfort nursing can effectively improve the skin itching symptoms and relieve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression in hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus.
