合金元素对铝合金带筋机械构件拉伸和冲击性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of alloying elements on tensile and impact properties of aluminum alloy mechanical components with reinforced bar

摘要 在Al-1Mg-0.6Si-0.3Cr铝合金带筋机械构件中添加不同含量的合金元素铟In和铈Ce,并进行了拉伸性能和冲击性能的测试与分析.结果表明:添加合金元素In和Ce,有助于改善铝合金带筋机械构件的拉伸性能和冲击性能.合金元素In和Ce含量分别优选为0.5wt%和0.4wt%.与不添加合金元素In相比,添加0.5wt% In时,试样的抗拉强度提高15%、屈服强度提高25%、断后伸长率提高28%、冲击吸收功提高41%.与不添加合金元素Ce相比,添加0.4wt% Ce时,试样的抗拉强度提高17%、屈服强度提高18%、断后伸长率提高30%、冲击吸收功提高22%.与不添加In和Ce的构件相比,复合添加0.5wt% In和0.4wt% Ce后,构件的抗拉强度增大35%、屈服强度增大47%、断后伸长率增大67%、冲击吸收功增大73%. Aluminum alloy Al-1Mg-0.6Si-0.3Cr mechanical components with reinforced bar were added with various contents of allo-ying elements of indium and cerium,and the tensile and impact properties of components were tested and analyzed. The results show that the additional elements of indium and cerium can improve the tensile and impact properties of aluminum alloy mechanical components with reinforced bar. The optimized contents of indium and cerium is 0.5wt% and 0.4wt% respectively. Comparing with the component without indium,the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fraction and impact absorption energy of the component with indium of 0.5wt% increase by 15%, 25%, 28% and 41%, respectively. Comparing with the component without cerium, the tensile strength, yield strength,elongation after fraction and impact absorption energy of the component with cerium of 0.4wt% increase by 17%,18%, 30% and 22%,respectively. Comparing with the component without indium and cerium,the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation af-ter fraction and impact absorption energy of the component with indium of 0.5wt% and cerium of 0.4wt% increase by 35%,47%,67% and 73%,respectively.
