摘要
检测哮喘患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞富集群中SP和NK1R的表达,并探讨了其在哮喘中的可能作用.收集志愿者的静脉血液,用过敏源粗提液刺激,流式细胞术检测SP和NK1R的表达.结果发现,哮喘患者SP^+嗜酸性粒细胞的比例升高了4倍,0.1μg/ml尘螨过敏源可诱导SP^+嗜酸性粒细胞的比例升高0.5倍,而NK1R^+嗜酸性粒细胞的比例降低了78%.上述结果提示嗜酸性粒细胞源的SP可能在哮喘中起作用,嗜酸性粒细胞表达的NK1R可能不参与哮喘发病或作用很小.
To investigate the expression of SP and NKIR in eosinophil-enriehed populations from asthmatics,and to elucidate their possible roles in asthma, blood samples were collected from patients with asthma and healthy controls, and incubated with allergens. Expressions of SP and NK1R in eosinophil-enriched populations were detected by flow cytometry. The results showed that,the ratio of SP+ eosinophils from asthmatics increased 4 folds than healthy controls. The ex- tract of dust mite at a concentration of 0.1 btg/ml significantly increased the percentages of eosino- phils (0.5 fold more) that expressed SP+ in patients with asthma,and significantly reduced the per- centages of eosinophils (to 78%) that expressed NKIR+. These results indicated that eosinophil-de- rived SP may involve in asthma but NK1R may have no or little effect on asthma.
