高速开关换档电磁阀双频控制技术研究

摘要 分析了电磁阀的调压控制和电流控制原理,并设计了基于逻辑门电路的电磁阀双频控制电路.在此基础上通过试验对比分析了使用双频控制技术和未采用双频控制技术电磁阀电流的变化,并通过试验确定了HD4070PR自动变速器常开和常闭换档电磁阀的调压范围和调压特性.该研究对减少电磁阀发热量延长电磁使用寿命具有重要意义,为电磁阀电流控制提供了一种新方法. Principles of voltage control and current control solenoids are analysed and a dual fre- quency control circuit of solenoid based on logic circuit is designed. Based on this, the changes of the solenoid current of using dual frequency control technology and no dual frequency control technolo- gy are analyzed and compared through tests. And the pressure regulating range and regulating char- acteristics of the normally open and normally closed shift solenoids of the HD4070PR automatic transmission are determined through tests. This study is of great significance to reduce the heat of the shift solenoid and prolong its service life,which also provides a new method for current control of solenoids.
