摘要
针对传统的无刷直流电机控制系统稳定性差、精度低的缺点,设计了基于MATLAB的无刷直流电机的模糊PID控制系统,建立了无刷直流电机的数学模型,分析了传统PID控制系统的缺点,并给出了模糊PID控制的基本原理和控制规则,同时应用MATLAB对控制系统进行了传统PID控制和模糊PID控制的模型仿真,实验结果表明:模糊PID控制系统在稳定性、稳态精度和快速性上都优于传统PID控制系统。
In order to solve the issue of low accuracy,poor stability and low sensitivity of brushless DC motor control system,the fuzzy PID control system of brushless DC motor based on MATLAB is designed, a mathematical model of brushless DC motor is established,the disadvantages of traditional PID control system are analyzed,the basic principle and control rules of fuzzy PID control are given, the simulation of PID control and fuzzy PID control is carried out with MATLAB. The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control system is superior to the traditional PID control system in stability, steady-state accuracy and fast speed.
