摘要 煤矿用地质钻杆生产是典型的离散化制造,具有加工工序多、工位离散、工人劳动强度大、计划变更频繁的特点,针对其生产过程出现的在制品管理复杂、物料跟踪实时性差、生产信息反馈迟滞错误率高的问题,将RFID技术引入钻杆生产管理中,合理优化钻杆加工流程,使用固定终端和移动终端两种信息识别传输方式,通过粘贴在物料箱(架)的电子芯片实现在制品的实时跟踪、车间物料的最优配送以及半成品库存的自动化管理,通过手持移动终端实现完工质检、工序巡检、存库盘点信息的无纸化记录和实时传输,使得钻杆生产有序可控,达到了降本增效提质的目的,由此可知RFID技术在钻杆离散制造生产管理中的应用具有重要意义。 Coal mine used drilling rod production is the typical one in discretization,it has the traits of multiple manufacturing procedures, discrete station ,high labor intensity and frequent change of plan. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is introduced to drilling rod production to solve complex in- process material management, bad grammaticality on material track and delay and high error ratio on production information feedback, flow process of drilling rod production was optimized,two kinds of information identify and transport with fix terminal and mobile terminal were used, in-process material real-time track was realized by the electronic chip pasted on material box, automated management of semi-finished product stock and optimal delivery of shop material were did, completion test and process inspection were completed by hand-hold mobile terminal, paperless record and real-time transmission of stock information were gained to control drilling rod production, reduce cost, increase of efficiency and upgrade the quality,so it has great meaning of using RFID technology in drilling rod discrete manufacturing.
