摘要
基于金属成形理论,使用温锻-冷锻分步精密锻造成形的方法,采用有限元DEFORM-3D对工艺参数进行优化,并进行分步成形模具设计,使得锻压成形达到预期加工精度要求并应用于生产中。
Based on the metal forming theory, the finite element DEFORM-3D is used to optimize the process parameters and the step-forming mold is designed by 2 steps of warm forging and cold forging respectively, the forging forming meets the expected gear precision requirements and puts into use practically.
