某燃气轮机导流叶片的工艺装备设计与制造

摘要 在某燃气轮机上需要使用一种专用的导流叶片。该导流叶片精加工在实际生产中采用四轴加工中心机床进行加工,加工难度较大,初始角向加工位置不易找正。因此结合实际工作条件和加工环境,专门为该导流叶片设计了特殊工艺装备,操作性强,适合批量生产。 It is necessary to use a dedicated guide blade on a gas turbine. This guide blade precision machining is used in the production of four axis machining center machine tool for processing, the processing difficulty is large, the initial angle to the processing position is not easy to find the positive. Therefore, the practical working conditions and processing environment are specially designed for this guide blade, which is suitable for mass production.
