基于WorkNC的粗加工与再粗加工应用研究

摘要 通过几个实例阐述了WorkNC在处理模型粗加工与再粗加工时的解决方案,详细分析了方案的加工策略及刀具路径的特点。WorkNC高效智能的全局粗加工/再粗加工策略能通过自动计算残余毛坯模型、留料尖点高度控制、高速转角优化等功能减少空切和抬刀,优化刀路。强大的平面粗加工/再粗加工策略既能自动抓取工件全部平面区域进行加工,又能自动识别残料模型并生成多层层切刀路,明显加强了模型平面区域的加工效率和安全性。WorkNC在开粗环节能比常用编程软件提高效率20%~25%,尤其是针对大型模具时,优势最为明显,充分体现了该软件在粗加工环节上的优势。 Explained the solution and analyzed it's machining strategy and toolpath characteristic when WorkNC deal with rough machining and rough remachining of moulds by several cases. High efficient intelligent overall rough machining/rough remachining strategy of WorkNC can optimize toolpath by reducing idle stroke and carrying knives through these function of calculating the remainder of blank models automatically, the altitude control of remainder' sharp point, optimize toolpaths in high speed around the corner. Powerful plane rough machining/rough remachining strategy can grab and process all region of a plane automatically and generate layers of layered machining toolpaths by identifying remainder of mould automatically,which clearly strengthen efficiency and security when the plane region of mould was machined. Overall, WorkNC has a distinct advantage and it can improve 20 percent to 25 percent efficiency compared with conventional CNC software in roughing, especially aimed at large molds, which fully reflects the superiority of this software.
