摘要
通过对铆钉铆接过程中的顶模胎具、操作方法等进行分析,得出了铆钉顶模面铆接时外观出现大量严重疤痕凹坑缺陷的产生原因,经过对传统铆钉顶模胎具结构方面的一些技术改革创新,将铆钉加热后脱落的氧化渣分离处理,然后对所提出的方案进行验证、完善,使铆钉顶模面铆接质量有了很大的提高,消除了铆钉热铆时顶模面产生的疤痕凹坑缺陷,大大提高了产品内在安全性能和外观质量,对铆钉热铆工艺、工装胎具有很大借鉴作用。
