摘要
采用化学分析、金相检验和断口分析等检测方法,对销轨冲击功较低的原因进行了分析,并通过实验进行验证。结果表明:由于热处理工艺过程控制不当致使销轨的显微组织较差,导致销轨的冲击功较低。
The reason analysis of the pin-track which has lower impact energy was performed by means of chemical compositions analysis,metallographic examination and SEM analysis, and validated by experiment. The results show that the poor microstructure because of unsuitable heat treatment process caused the lower impact energy of the pin-track.
