摘要 对凸轮机构进行理论分析,利用MATLAB编程输出从动件运动数据,基于ADAMS凸轮仿真工具箱建立凸轮机构的仿真模型,对凸轮施加运动后进行运动学仿真,得到从动件的位移、速度、加速度、压力角等计算参数。研究表明:提出的基于ADAMS和MATLAB软件进行从动件复杂运动规律的凸轮机构建模,为凸轮机构设计提供一种高效的新方法。 Theoretical analysis of cam mechanism was carried out. The motion data of the follower were obtained by MATLAB programming. The simulation model of cam mechanism was constructed based on the cam toolbox in ADAMS. The calculation parameters of the follower's displacement,velocity, acceleration and pressure angle were obtained by kinematic simulation after giving motion to the cam. The result shows that the cam mechanism modeling of complicated motion law of the follower based on ADAMS and MATLAB provides a high efficiency method for cam mechanism design.
