一种快速的射波刀同步追踪精度检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的 通过比较实验方法与端对端(end to end,E2E)测试结果,探讨建立一种射波刀快速动态追踪精度检测方法。方法 将自动质量保证程序(auto quality assurance,AQA)模体放置在运动平台上,使用水平、垂直两个正交射野,采用同步追踪方式照射,通过AQA软件分析胶片上的射野投影中心和模体内钨球中心的同心度来检测系统的追踪精度,并比较实验方法和动态同步E2E测试的计划执行时间。结果 实验方法与E2E测试数据结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两种方法摆位和建模时间相同,计划执行平均时间分别为144和723 s。结论 实验方法结合了AQA测试和动态E2E测试的特点,缩短了测试时间,可作为AQA测试和动态E2E测试的补充,用于射波刀同步追踪的晨检或周检测试。 Objective To establish a rapid synchrony tracking precision detection method for the CyberKnife system by comparing the data between experimental measurements and end to end (E2E) result. Methods The auto quality assurance (AQA) phantom was placed on the synchrony motion plat and irradiated by two orthogonal beams. The concentricity of the beam projection center on the film and the wolfram center were analyzed through AQA software to detect tracking precision. The planning implement time of experimental measurements and E2E was then compared. Results No significant difference was found between the measurement and E2E data (P〉0.05). The time for setting up and modeling in two approaches was identical and the average time for planning implement was 144 and 723 s, respectively. Conclusions The method in our analysis could reduce the procedure time and supplement the AQA and synchrony E2E test, which might be conducted in the morning quality assurance (QA) or weekly QA for CyberKnife system.
