The ＂Butterfly Effect＂reveals the sensitivity of initial conditions in complex dynamical systems,that is,the result of late development is largely dependent on the initial conditions.The basic stage of life development is primary vocational education which should be carried out for primary school students.To accelerate the development of primary vocational education,teachers should guide attentively,courses should be permeated comprehensively,good environment should be built,and parents should participate in actively.
