摘要
优质课观摩及比赛活动是我国教师教研与评价中使用较为普遍的常规活动,也是促进教师专业发展的重要方式。通过对2016年河南省的18节初中数学优质课前期视频观看、教学设计文本阅读和现场观摩,发现优质课内容主题全面、教学资源广泛、过程设计精良、技术辅助合理、教师素质优良、突出综合能力等优点,但存在刻意安排,问题流于形式;急于铺垫,代替学生思考;不敢放手,过度关注答案;拘泥技术,忽视数学关联等问题。为了促进优质课的完善,建议准备优质课时要注重内容的准备、追求语言的精确、注重学生的参与。
Excellent class observation and competition activities are common routine activities in the teaching research and evaluation of teachers in our country,and also an important way to promote teachers' professional development.After watching previous videos,reading teaching design texts and coming to the scene to watch the 18 junior high school excellent math classes in Henan Province,we found the strengths of excellent classes such as high-quality teaching contents,wide range of teaching resources,well-designed process,reasonable technical aids,excellent quality of teachers and outstanding comprehensive abilities.But at the same time there are some weaknesses: intentional arrangement exists,and questions asked are in a mere formality; teachers are eager to make a cushion,and think instead of students; teachers hesitate to let go and pay more attention to answers;teachers rely too much on technical aids,while neglect correlation of math.To perfect excellent classes,preparation of content,precise language,and students' participation should be emphasized.
