摘要
针对孟家窑5号煤大倾角特厚煤层,运用实验室物理试验及PFC2D离散元软件模拟方法,对比不同采高和不同步距下的放煤效果,以及不同放煤方式下的顶煤采出率,从而确定合理的综放开采工艺参数。结果表明:顶煤回收率最高的是采高4.5 m两采一放,含矸率最低的是采高3.5 m两采一放。在煤岩层倾角25°和30°的时候,单轮顺序的放煤方式优于其余两种放煤方式;而在煤岩层倾角35°和40°的时候,双轮顺序的放煤方式优于另外两种放煤方式。通过本次研究,确定了孟家窑5号煤大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面合理的采放比、放煤步距以及放煤方式等,为该矿的安全、高效开采提供了参考。
According to the conditions of Mengjiayao No.5 coal mine with large-inclined and extra-thick coal seam, the physical tests in laboratory and the PFC2D discrete element software simulation method were used to compare the coal mining effect un- der different heights and steps, as well as the top coal recovery rate under different caving ways, so as to determine reasonable parameters for mechanized mining. The results showed that the technology of two mining and one caving had the highest recov- ery rate as the mining height of 4.5 m and the lowest refuse content as the mining height of 3.5 m. When the coal seams were inclined at 25 ~ and 30 ~, the single-wheeled sequence was better than the other two types of coal caving and in the case of inclinations of 35° and 40°, the double-wheeled sequence was optimal to the other two ways of coal caving. Through this study, the reasonable mining-caving ratio, drawing interval and coal caving method were determined for fully mechanized top coal ca- ving mining in Mengjiayao No.5 coal mine, which provided a reference for the safe and efficient mining of this mine.
