The Effect of New Anti-copper Inhibitor on the Flotation Behavior of Chalcopyrite and Molybdenum

摘要 通过单矿物、人工混合矿、实际矿物浮选试验以及接触角测量试验,研究了新型抑铜抑制剂对黄铜矿和辉钼矿浮选行为的影响,并与目前公认的高效无毒抑铜抑制剂巯基乙酸钠进行对比。试验结果表明,新型抑制剂对黄铜矿的抑制效果不仅优于巯基乙酸钠,而且可以提高精矿中钼的品位和回收率,说明新型抑制剂可替代巯基乙酸钠用于铜钼分离。 The effect of new anti-copper inhibitor on the flotation behavior of chalcopyrite and molybenite was studied through the flotation tests of single mineral, artificially mixed ore and mineral in field as well as the contact angle measurement test. Then, the new anti-copper inhibitor was compared with the sodium thioglycollate which was considered as an effective and non- toxic anti-copper inhibitor. The results showed that the Inhibiting effect of new anti-copper inhibitor on the chalcopyrite was not only better than that of sodium thioglyeollate, but also could improve the grade and recovery rate of molybdenum concentrate. The study indicated that the new inhibitor could replace the sodium thioglycollate to separate the copper and molybdenum.
