秘鲁某铜矿铜钼混合精矿综合回收钼试验研究 被引量:8

Experimental Research on the Comprehensive Molybdenum Recovery from Copper and Molybdenum Mixed Concentrate in a Copper Mine of Peru

摘要 秘鲁某铜矿铜钼混合精矿Cu品位39.63%、Mo品位0.76%,并且滑石等易浮易泥化脉石含量高,实现铜钼分离难度大,通过大量试验研究,提出粗选铜钼分离-精选钼与脉石分离的两步分离思路,结合针对性选择性絮凝抑制剂CD-1的研发与应用,成功实现了铜钼、钼与脉石的有效分离,闭路试验获得了的钼精矿中Mo品位47.32%、Mo回收率87.72%,铜精矿中Cu品位为40.19%、Cu回收率为99.986%,成功实现为该矿综合回收铜钼混合精矿中钼的综合利用。 The copper molybdenum mixed concentrate in a copper mine in Peru has the copper grade of 39.63%, Mo grade of 0.76%, and high-content veinstone, such as talc, being easy to float and to be muddied. The copper is hard to be separated from molybdenum. Through a lot of experimental researches, a flow sheet, including roughing molybdenum and copper as well as concentrating molybdenum and gangue, was put forward. Combined with the development and application of the selective flocculation inhibitor CD-1, effective separation of copper and molybdenum was successfully realized, as well as the separation of molybdenum and veinstone. Through the closed-circuit test, the concentrate grade of Mo was 47.32 %, the recovery rate was 87.72%, the concentrate grade of Cu was 40.19%, and the recovery rate was 99.986%, which successfully realized the com- prehensive utilization of comprehensive recovery of copper and molybdenum in the mine.
