还原性气氛下朱集西煤灰结渣行为的研究 被引量:1

Study on Slagging Behavior of Zhujixi Coal Ash in the Reductive Atmosphere

摘要 为探索淮南煤在气流床干法排渣技术中煤灰的结渣行为,以淮南矿区朱集西煤为研究对象,在还原性气氛下对朱集西煤灰高温热处理得到不同温度下的渣样,采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和Fact Sage模拟软件研究还原性气氛下温度对渣样的晶体矿物转化、表面熔融状态及液相生成的影响。结果表明:在还原性气氛下,1100℃时渣样表面已出现熔融现象,晶体矿物出现钙长石和莫来石,并且随着温度升高,钙长石和石英等晶体矿物反应产生大量液相是引起煤灰粘结的主要原因。 In order to explore the slagging behavior of coal ash of Huainan coal in dry cinder-discharging process of entrained flow, Zhujixi coal of Huainan mining area was taken as the research object. The slag samples at different temperatures were ob- tained by high-heat treatment of Zhujixi coal ash in the reductive atmosphere. Then the X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and FactSage simulation software were used to study the effect of temperature on the crystal mineral transforma- tion, the surface molten state and the liquid phase formation of slag samples in the reductive atmosphere. The results showed that in the reductive atmosphere, the molten phenomenon occurred in the surface of slag sample at 1100℃, the anorthite and mullite appeared in the crystal minerals, and a large amount of liquid phase was produced by the reaction of anorthite and quartz crystal minerals with the increase of temperature, which was the main reason for the sintering of coal ash.
