某磷矿巷道岩爆机理及倾向性预测 被引量:2

摘要 随着地下开采的不断发展,岩爆已经成为影响安全和效益的工程难题。为了研究岩爆发生机理及预测巷道岩爆活动,以宜昌后坪磷矿为工程背景,现场采取巷道围岩及矿层岩样,首先进行室内单轴试验以及GCTS系统下的岩石三轴试验,获取围岩及矿样的物理力学参数,并利用岩石脆性系数分析围岩和矿样的岩爆倾向性。在此基础上,通过三轴试验下的声发射三维定位技术,分析岩爆发生机理,并用三维快速拉格朗日差分分析法对巷道开挖进行数值模拟,利用岩爆判据预测岩爆活动。结果表明:巷道围岩及矿层均具有岩爆倾向,巷道开挖后底板两侧有可能发生岩爆,这与现场情况相符合。该研究结果为深部磷矿开采的岩爆防治对策提供了理论依据。 With the continuous development of underground mining, rockburst has become the engineering prob].em impacting safety and efficiency, In order to study the mechanism of rockburst and to predict the rockburst activities of the roadway, the Houping phosphate in Yichang was taken as the engineering background, and the surrounding rock and the rock samples from ore stratums were taken in the field. To obtain the rock mechanics parameters of the surrounding rock and ore samples, the in- door uniaxial test and the rock triaxial test by GCTS system were conducted, and the rockburst tendency of "the surrounding rock and ore samples was analyzed by using the rock embrittlement coefficient. On this basis, three dimensional localization of acoustic emission under triaxial test was used to analyze the rockburst occurrence mechanism. Then, the 3D Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continuain was used for the numerical simulation of tunnel excavation, and the rockburst criterion was used to pre- dict the rockburst activity. The results showed that the surrounding rock and the ore stratums both had the rockburst tendency, and rockhurst may occur on both sides of the backplane after roadway excavation. This was consistent with the scene. The resuits provided a theoretical basis for rockburst prevention and control countermeasures during deep mining of phosphate rock.
