摘要 随着"三北地区"弃风问题的日臻严重,国家相继出台了一系列的激励政策,蓄热式电锅炉作为广义的储能系统具有零污染、高效率、负荷时移等特点,可在发电侧辅助深度调峰、用户侧电能替代等电力系统多环节应用,从根本上提升风电消纳能力,具有广阔的应用前景。汇总了多种蓄热式电锅炉的技术特点,分析了其在火电机组灵活性改造、风电弃风供热和用户侧煤改电供热三大方面的应用现状,并结合各地示范工程剖析了蓄热式电锅炉的运营模式。最后从应用技术、市场机制和政策引导等方面提出了蓄热式电锅炉在风电消纳应用的发展建议。 With the problem of abandoned wind in three North Region is getting more and more serious, the government has issued a series of incentive policy. As an generalized energy storage system, regenerative electric boiler has the characteristics of zero pollution, high efficiency and load time shifting. It is used in the power generation side of the auxiliary depth peak and the user side of alternative energy and other power system parts, which has the ability to enhance the capacity of wind power accommodation fundamentally and has a broad application prospects. This paper summarized the technical features of various regenerative electric boilers, analyzed the application status of the three aspects of the flexibility transformation of thermal power unit, abandoned wind heating and user side of coal to electricity heating, analyzed the operation mode of regenerative electric boiler based on the demonstration projects in various regions. Finally, the paper proposed the development suggestions of regenerative electric boiler application in wind power accommdation from the application of technology, market mechanism and policy guidance and other aspects.
