论《伤寒论》“在表之阳”

Discussion About "Yang on the Surface" in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases

"在表之阳"的意义包涵了"在表之阳""在表之阴""在里之阳""在里之阴"。了解"在表之阳"的出入运动,有助于鉴别临床疾病因阳气运动而出现的诸多假象,也促使我们进一步思考《伤寒论》中的失治误治。但是"在表之阳"的论述不足之处也有很多,比如"在表之阳"仍可细分,卫气与荣气皆属于"在表之阳",但"在表之阳"的分类却远不止卫气和荣气那么简单。另有不足为此处仅介绍"在表之阳入里"和"出为在表之阳"的出入方式,除此之外尚有体外阳气助"在表之阳",以及"在表之阳"散于体外,但是这两种"在表之阳"的运动方式《伤寒论》中论述不多。此外,《伤寒论》中尚有"在表之阴"的运动,或者是"在表阴阳"的运动,只是不及"在表之阳"的运动清晰明了,可以通过"在表之阳"的运动触类旁通地去理解这些运动。

The meaning of ＂yang on the surface＂ includes yang on the surface ,yin on the surface, yang in the interior, and yin in the interior. Understanding the entry and exit movement of yang on the surface can help to identify many false appearances of clin- ical diseases caused by yang-qi Movement, and further promote our thinking about the loss and wrong treatment in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases. However, there are many shortcomings in the discussion of ＂yang on the surface＂. For example, yang on the sur- face can still be subdivided. Both defensive qi and nourishing qi belong to yang on the surface,but the related classification is far more than defensive qi and nourishing qi. Besides ,the ways of exit and entry introduced here only include ＂yang on the surface entering inside＂ and ＂exiting outside to be yang on the surface＂. In addition, there is yang outside the body which can help yang on the surface,and yang on the surface which is dispersed outside the body, however these two kinds of movement are not much discussed in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases. There are ＇also the movements of ＂yin on the surface＂ or the movement of ＂ yin- yang on the surface＂ ,which are not as clear in the form as yang on the surface,so we can understand these movements by forms of ＂yang on the surface＂.
