癌毒与“益气清毒”法

现在中医家认识到了"毒"的复杂性、特殊性。"浊毒"强调因浊生毒,毒的产生与内环境污浊有关;"伏毒"强调邪气久伏生毒,毒的产生要经历较长过程;毒一旦形成,易与痰、瘀等邪气交织,使其邪性更复杂。"癌毒"是毒邪之一,是促进肿瘤发生发展的特异性致病因子。气虚、邪伏、污浊、癌毒、怨毒、积损、瘀积、癌肿是肿瘤发生、发展过程中相对序贯性出现的病理特点,开始是局部、轻度的气虚、邪伏、污浊、癌毒、积损、瘀积,随后逐渐加重,并慢慢发展成全身性,癌肿形成只是整个病程的最后一个体现,是标,而其他六个都是本,只治疗积、瘤是治标,疗效肯定不佳,标本兼治才是肿瘤适宜的治疗思路,才有可能获得较好的疗效。"益气清毒"法益其损、升其清、降浊阴、宣其正,通过益气、祛邪、清毒、畅情志、散结消瘤、通络涤瘀等具体治疗思路治疗肿瘤,注意因势利导、给邪出路,具有攻补兼施,标本同治的特点。"益气清毒"法是一种包容性很强的中医治法,多用无毒药物,或少量佐配小毒药物,患者进服痛苦少、耐受好,可以单独治疗,也可以和其他西医治疗结合使用,为各种更好的治疗组合、优化留下空间。

At present ,TCM physicians have realized the complexity and particularity of ＂toxicity＂. ＂Turbidity toxicity ＂ stresses that turbidity is caused by dirty internal environment. ＂ Latent toxicity＂ stresses tha! long-time hidden pathogen pruduces toxicity, and production of toxieily experiences a long process. Once toxicity has been formed, it is easily intermingled with phlegm, blood stasis and makes its pathogenic nature more complicated. ＂Cancer toxicity＂ ＂Cancer poison＂ is one of the toxic pathogenic factors,and it is a specific pathogenic factor to promote the development ~ff tumor. Qi deficiency, latem pathogen ,turbidity ,cancer toxicity,hatred, stagnation, blood stasis, cancer swelling are sequentially pathological characteristics of the process of tumor ~currenee and develop- ment, which first appears in topical area with miht syndromes,then gn＇adually aggravate,and slowly develop into general, while tumor formation is only the last manifestation of the entire course of disease ,is the tip aspect,and the other six are all roots, ff only stagna- tion and tumor are treated ,poor curative effect will appear,so treating both the rnot and tip aspects is the suitable thinking to cure tumor,and can possibly obtain better curative effect. Method of ＂supplementing qi and removing toxicity＂ can nourish deficiency, send up lueid yang,remove turbid yin, and strengthen healthy qi. By nourishing qi, removing pathogens,clearing away toxicity,regu- lating moods, dispersing stagnation and tumor, dredging meridians and blood stasis,the method pays attention to guidance in the light of its general tl^nd, letting out a way for pathogens, and has characlerislies of treating both the root and tip aspects with supplementa- tion and attack. It is a ve~ inclusive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine by using a lot of non-toxic drugs,or a small amount of poisonous drugs, so patients will suffer less pain, can tolerate. The method can be used ＇alone, or combined with other therapies of Western medicine ,and leave room for a better combination, and various treatment optimizations.
