温经汤治疗虚寒型妇科病的Meta分析

A Meta Analysis of Meridian-Warming Decoction in Treating Gynecological Diseases of Deficiency-Cold Type

目的:观察温经汤治疗虚寒型妇科病的临床疗效。方法:以"温经汤""虚寒""妇科""月经""痛经""不孕""崩漏""功血""子宫内膜""子宫腺肌症""围绝经期综合征""女性痤疮""大温经汤"等为检索词,计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方等中文科技期刊数据库中的相关文献,检索时间为2006年10月至2016年10月。结果:纳入研究的11篇文献经Meta分析后,其异质性检验结果χ2=6.85,自由度为10(P=0.74,I2=0%)(P>0.05),表明11篇文献具有同质性,故采用固定效应模型进行相关的数据分析与统计。OR合并后经Z检验示:Z=7.67(P<0.000 01),说明温经汤与其他疗法比较,临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经汤治疗虚寒型妇科病的疗效有一定的优势,但所纳入的文献数量较少,质量相对较差,仍需更多大样本、设计更严谨的随机对照临床试验证实。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Meridian-Warming Decoction on gynecological diseases of deficien- cy-cold type. Methods ： With ＂ Meridian-Warming Decoction＂,＂ deficiency-cohl gynecological＂ menstruation＂ ＂dysmenorrhe- a＂ ,＂ infertility＂, ＂uterine bleeding＂ , ＂endometrium＂ ,＂ adenomyosis＂ ,＂ perimenopausal syndrome＂,＂ female acne＂ and ＂ Major Meridian-Warming Decoction＂ as the key words, the related literatures were retrieved in CNKI, VIP,Wan Fang and other Chinese science and technology periodical database. The retrieval time was from October 2006 to October 2016. Results：After Meta analy- sis, the heterogeneity test result of the 11 articles studied was as follows ：X2 = 6.85, the degree of freedom was 10 （ P = 0.74,12 = 0% ） （ P 〉 0.05 ）, which showed that 11 articles have homogeneity, so the fixed effects model was used for related data analysis mad statistics. After OR merged, the Z test showed Z = 7.67 （ P 〈 0. 000 01 ）, which showed that the difference of clinical curative effect of Meridian-Warming Decoction was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） compared with other therapies. Conclusion ： Meridi- an-Warming Decoction has certain advantages in treating gynecological diseases of deficiency-cold type. However, at present, the number of documents included is less and the quality is relatively poor, and more large samples and rigorous randomized controlled clinical trims are needed in the future.
