Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based on Excess Syndrome

慢性肾小球肾炎发病的外因是外邪的侵袭,包括风、寒、湿、热毒等,内因是肺、脾、肾三脏功能受损,水谷精微运化失常,酿湿生浊,湿浊内蕴,化瘀生热,湿热浊瘀滞留于内,导致脏腑功能进一步受损,外邪更易乘虚而入,虚则愈虚,实则更实,循环往复,逐渐导致脏腑衰败、瘀浊内胜而进入临床尿毒症期。湿热、血瘀是慢性肾炎发生发展的重要病机,是慢性肾炎病理中不可分离的两个方面,二者既是病理产物同时又作为新的致病因素促进疾病的进展,同时二者之间又相互影响,相互胶结。少阳枢机不利是慢性肾脏病发展的关键环节,风邪外侵内扰是慢性肾脏病反复发作、迁延不愈重要的原因。

The external cause of chronic glomernlonephritis is external invasion of wind pathogenic factors, such as wind, cold, dampness,toxic heat,etc, while the internal cause of chronic glomerulonephritis is that the lung, spleen and kidney- have been damaged leading to abnormal transportation of refined materials in foodstuff, generating dampness and turbidity. Accumulation of dampness and turbidity result in blood stasis and heat and cause visceral functions further damaged, then external pathogens in- vade inside the body more easily,so deficiency becomes more deficient,and excess becomes more excessive. Such a bad circula- tion ^-adually causes decay of viscera, and makes blood stasis and turbidity more excessive and finally develop into the clinical phase of uremia. Damp-heat and blood stasis ale important pathogenesis of chromic glomerulonephritis,are the two inseperate as- pects of its pathology. Both are not only pathological products ,but also new pathogenic factors to promote the progress of the dis- ease. Meanwhile,they intermingle with each other and cement each other. Dysfunction of shaoyang is the key of chronic glomerulo- nephritis. External invasion and interior disturbance of wind pathogenic factor are the main cause of recurrence of chronic glomern- lonephritis.
