壮医药线点灸联合雷火灸治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

The Clinical Research into Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Zhuang Medicine Line-Point Moxibustion in Combination with Thunder-Light Moxibustion

目的:观察壮医药线点灸联合雷火灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月本院耳鼻喉科门诊收治的变应性鼻炎患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,观察组给予壮医药线点灸配合雷火灸治疗,每次治疗均按穴位先用壮医药线点灸然后用雷火灸。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗3周及随访3个月后,观察组有效率均明显高于对照组,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组s Ig E转阴率低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸联合雷火灸治疗变应性鼻炎效疗效显著,可改善患者的临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhuang medicine line-point moxibustion in combination with thun- der-light moxibustion on allergic rhinitis. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital＇s ENT outpatient department between December 2015 and December 2016 were chosen as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 51 eases in each group. The ones in the control group were given budesonide nasal spray for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Zhuang medicine line-point moxibustion in combination with thunder-light moxibustion. Each time,each point was first given Zhuang medicine line-point mox- ibustion followed by thunder-light moxibustion. Then the two groups＇ clinical curalive effects were compared Results： After 3 weeks＇ treatment,and 3 months＇ follow-up,the curative effect of the observation group was better than ｜hat of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhuang medicine line-point moxibustion in combination with thunder-light moxibustion on allergic rhinitis,can improve Ihe clinical symptoms of the patients.
