摘要
目的:探讨与分析以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径对心外科术后患者满意度及护理质量的影响性。方法:2013年8月到2017年1月选择我院收治的心外科术后患者128例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各64例,对照组沿用目前常规临床护理模式,观察组给予以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径。结果:观察组与对照组术后14d的疼痛评分分别为1.33±0.67分和2.34±0.41分,都明显低于术后1d的7.29±2.19分和7.41±2.09分(P〈0.05),可以看出在术后14d,就疼痛评分来说,观察组比对照组明显要低(P〈0.05)。并且观察组在术后14d的遵医行为、合理用药、生活规律、病情监测的比例都比对照组高得多(P〈0.05)。在满意度方面,观察组达到了100%,而对照组为89.1%,即观察组比对照组明显要高(P〈0.05)。术后14d观察组的躯体化、抑郁、人际关系、强迫等评分都明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径在心外科术后患者的应用能提高护理质量,改善患者的满意度,更加有效缓解疼痛,促进患者自我良好行为的建立,从而提高生活质量。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate and analysis the influence of patient care oriented clinical nursing pathway on postoperative satisfaction and quality of care in patients after cardiac surgery. Methods: From August 2013 to January 2017, 128 postoperative patients after cardiac surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 64 cases in each group accorded to the order of admission, the control group was used the routine nursing mode, the observation group was given patient care oriented clinical nursing pathway. Results: The postoperative 14d pain scores in the observation group and control group were 1.33±0.67 points and 2.34±0.41 points that were significantly lower than postoperative 1d of 7.29±2.19 points and 7.41±2.09 points(P〈0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). The postoperative 14d of compliance behavior, rational drug use, life rule and condition monitoring of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing care in the observation group and the control group were 100% and 89.1% respectively, and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The postoperative 14d of scores of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of patient care oriented clinical nursing pathway on postoperative satisfaction and quality of care in patients after cardiac surgery can improve the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, it also can effectively relieve pain, promote the establishment of patient self good behavior, so as to improve the quality of life.
