摘要
目的了解长沙市口腔用水的污染状况,为医疗机构制定消毒处理措施提供技术指导。方法 2013-2015年每年分上下半年监测采样两次,以GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》为依据,微生物指标中菌落总数≤100 CFU/ml判定为合格。结果在2013-2015年间,共采集口腔用水520份,合格率为43.27%;2013年,采集口腔用水样品166份,合格率为23.49%;2014年,采集口腔用水样品174份,合格率为49.43%;2015年,采集口腔用水样品180份,合格率为55.56%,三年的监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=40.201,P<0.001)。logistic回归分析显示,人员操作习惯好(OR=17.437)、使用防倒吸手机(OR=1.954)、管路消毒(OR=313.036)能提高口腔用水合格率;过滤后市政供水和独立储水系统较直接使用市政供水能提高合格率。结论长沙市城区医疗机构口腔用水合格率不高,但有改进趋势;操作习惯、手机类型、水源、管路消毒是影响口腔用水卫生质量的重要因素,其中过滤后市政供水和独立储水系统较直接使用自来水能够提高口腔用水合格率。
Objective To investigate the hygienic condition of dental water in Changsha City so as to provide technical guid- ance for medical institutions to formulate the improved disinfection and sterilization measures. Methods We sampled the dental water twice a year from 2013 to 2015. According to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006) , the total number of colonies ≤100 CFU/ml was considered as the qualified microbial indicator. Results Totally 520 dental water samples were collected during 2013-2015, and the qualified rate was 43.27%. 166, 174 and 180 dental water samples were respectively collect- ed in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and the qualified rates were 23.49%, 49.36% and 55.56% respectively. There were statistically sig- nificant differences in the qualified rates among the three years (χ2= 40.201, P〈0.001). Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that the good operating habit ( OR = 17.437 ) , machine type ( OR = 1.954 ) and pipeline disinfection ( OR = 313.036 ) could improve the qualified rate of dental water. Compared with the municipal water supply, using the filtered municipal water supply and independent water storage system could improve the qualified rate of dental water. Conclusions The qualified rate of dental water in urban medical institutions in Changsha City from 2013 to 2015 was not high, but there was an improving trend during the three years. The operating habit, machine type, water source and pipeline disinfection are the important factors influencing the hy- giene quality of dental water.
