摘要
通过连续切片技术获得AZ91D镁合金两块区域各80张金相照片,对所得图片进行去除污渍、二次化、旋转对齐等初步处理后,分别使用ImageJ和Mimics软件重构其三维组织,了解其组织结构特点。从重构后的AZ91D镁合金三维组织形貌可以看出,初生相α-Mg含量较高,其他相含量相对较低,测量结果与试验基本符合。
80 slices images of each of the two areas of AZ91D magnesium alloy were obtained by continuous sectioning technique, and then the images were treated including cleaned, rotated and aligned, at last, the finished images were reconstructed to 3D structures using Image J and Mimics, respectively, to understand their structure feature. It can be seen from the reconstructed three-dimensional structure of AZ91D magnesium alloy that the primary phase α-Mg occupies a larger volume, and other phase content is relatively low. The measurement results are consistent with the experimental ones.
