长链非编码RNA在喉鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展

Research advances of lncRNAs in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

长链非编码RNA（10ngnon．codingRNA，1ncRNA）是一类长度大于200个核苷酸，且不具有蛋白编码能力的RNA，通过信号、诱饵、向导或骨架等多种机制，在转录和转录后水平，调控包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病的生物学行为，如喉鳞状细胞癌、食管癌、结直肠癌等。1ncRNA在包括喉鳞状细胞癌在内的多种肿瘤中异常表达，并参与肿瘤的发生发展。本文就1ncRNA在肿瘤，尤其是在喉鳞状细胞癌中的相关研究做一综述，以期对喉鳞状细胞癌发生发展机制的进一步研究有一定帮助。

Long non-coding RNAs, which are generally defined as transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides and with no protein coding potential, play key roles in the development of several diseases including cancer （laryngeal squamous cell cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, etc） at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels as signals, decoys, guides or scaffolds. LncRNAs are abnormally expressed in a variety of cancers including laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC）, and are involved in the genesis and progression of cancers. This review is focused on the research progress of lncRNA in the development of cancers especially in LSCC to provide some clue for further mechanisms study of LSCC.
