摘要
目的:研制一款添加紫荆花、野菊花、金银花黄酮提取物的皂基型洁面乳。方法:通过单因素变量法考察脂肪酸种类、脂肪酸的用量、脂肪酸复配比、表面活性剂种类等因素对洁面乳性能的影响,得到最佳皂基型洁面乳基质配方。结果:草本祛痘洁面乳最优配方为:水35%、十八酸16%、十六酸4%、十四酸4%、十二酸4%、霍霍芭油1.0%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.4%、氢氧化钾5.92%、甘油14%、1,3丁二醇3%、1,2丙二醇3%,EDTA-2Na 0.1%、椰油酰甘氨酸钾4%、月桂酰基氨酸钠4%、CAB-35 2%、紫荆花提取物0.5%、金银花提取物0.5%、菊花提取物0.5%等。结论:该款祛痘洁面乳配方合理可行,洁面乳质地细腻、耐寒耐热稳定,pH和脱脂力适中、刺激性低。
Objective: To study a more moderate soap based facial cleanser adding Bauhinia flower, wild chrysanthemum, honeysuckle extract flavonoids Methods: To investigate the effect on different type and dosage of fatty acid, the ratio of complex, surfactant and emulsifier of cleanser and analyze the optimum preparation process of the bauhinia herbal facial cleanser according to the data obtained. Results: The formulas of cleanser are obtained: water 35 %, stearic acid 16 %, pahnitic acid 4 %, myristic acid 4 %, twelve acid 4 %, jojoba oil 1.0 %, glycerol monostearate 1.8 %, propylparaben potassium hydroxide 0.1% and 5.92 %, glycerin 14 %, 1,3butanediol 3 %, 1,2 propylene glycol 3 %, EDTA-2Na 0.1%,coconut oil acyl glycine potassium 4 %, sodium laurel acyl amino acid 4 %, CAB-35 2 %, bauhinia extract 0.5 %, honeysuckle extract 0.5 %, chamomile extract 0.5 % et al. Conclusion: The bauhinia herbal facial cleanser fine texture, heat cold stable, moderate pH value and degreasing power.
