Improve Safety Target Assessment to Implement Responsibility System of Safety Production in Chemical Enterprises

落实安全生产责任制是企业保障生产安全的基石。《安全生产法》明确提出了生产经营企业落实安全生产责任制的要求,但在现实中,企业在落实安全生产责任制方面存在较大的问题。本文结合笔者在化工安全生产领域的工作经验与当前化工企业的普遍情况,从安全目标建立、考核方式与安全绩效奖等方面来探讨化工企业如何落实安全生产责任制。

implementation of safety production responsibility system is the cornerstone of enterprises to ensure production safety. The safe production law clearly puts forward the requirement of implementing safety production responsibility system in production and operation enterprises, but in reality, there are big problems in the implementation of safety production responsibility system. Combining with the author＇s working experience in the field of chemical safety production and the general situation of the current chemical enterprises, this paper discusses how to implement the safety production responsibility system in chemical enterprises from the aspects of the establishment of safety objectives, assessment methods and safety performance awards.
