摘要
双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)分光光度法是我国生活饮用水标准检验方法[1]推荐的测定饮用水中铜的标准检验方法之一。通过实验,本文确定了温度对BCO显色的影响,确定了氨水替换方案。结果表明:在优化的显色温度下,可采用氢氧化钠和氯化铵代替氨水,规定浓度范围内相关系数r=0.9998;水样误差在0.42%~8.7%;加标回收率在91.0%~110.0%。采用替代方案后,操作比国标方法简单,可以用于地表水及生活饮用水分析。
Spectrometric method using dicyclohexanoneoxaldihydrazone(BCO)is one of the standard method to determinate copper of drinking water in Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water. Based on a series of experiment, We have researched the influence of temperature on developing of BCO, furthermore, we found out the alternative proposal for ammonia solution. The experiment result shows that: At optimization temperature, ammonia solution can replaced by mixing sodium hydroxide with ammonium chloride before be used, the correlation coefficient is 0.9998 in specified concentration range, the relative error for water sample determinate were between 0.42 % to 8.7 %, the recoveries were between91.0 % to 110.0 %. Operating become simpler by using the alternative proposal, it can be used to analysis surface water and drinking water.
