摘要
目的建立红色正金软膏中薄荷脑含量测定的方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定红色正金软膏中薄荷脑的含量,色谱条件:HP-INNOWAX(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25μm)色谱柱;进样口温度250.0℃;初始柱温110.0℃,恒温5.0 min,以20.0℃/min升温至220.0℃,恒温4.0 min;载气为高纯氮气;FID检测器(280.0℃);分流比为10.0。结果薄荷脑在浓度0.005~0.030 g/m L范围内有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9999),重复性试验的RSD为0.309%,精密度试验的RSD为0.608%,稳定性试验的RSD为1.430%,加样回收率为99.16%~101.47%,RSD=0.897%。结论气相色谱法测定红色正金软膏中薄荷脑含量快速、简便、准确。
Objective To establish GC method for determining the menthol content of compound red gold ointment. Methods Determination of menthol content in compound red gold ointment by gas chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: HP-INNOWAX(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25μm) chromatographic column, inject temperature 165.0 ℃; Initial column temperature 110.0 ℃, kept 5.0 rain, warming to 220 ℃ with 20.0℃/min, kept 4.0 min; high purity nitrogen as carrier gas; F ID temperature 280 ℃; split ratio was 10. Results Menthol showed good linear relationships within the range of 0.005-0.030 g/mL (R2=0.9999); RSD of repeatability test was 0.309 %; RSD of precision test was 0.608 %; RSD of stability test was 1.430 %; recovery rate was 99.16 %-101.47 % (RSD=0.897 %). Conclusions The GC method is rapid, simple and accurate for determination of menthol content in compound red gold ointment.
