摘要
分光光度法广泛应用在医学、药学、食品、化工、环境分析等领域,但教学中发现学生在仪器操作中不能运用所学知识有效指导实践,形成理论与实践的严重脱节现象,基于此提出了实践反哺理论的分光光度法教学新思路,有效调动了学生的主动学习兴趣,在教学中收到了很好的教学效果。
Spectrophotometry is widely used in medicine, pharmacy, food, chemical industry, environmental analysis and other fields, but there is a question in teaching, all students can't solve the problem in practice on the basis of knowledge, to show a serious disconnect between theory and practice. So a new method of Practice feedback theory was put forward, here the students' learning initiative were inspired effectively, and the better teaching effect was obtained.
