Due to special geographic position, typhoon and flood frequently happen in Wenzhou City. Therefore, analysis is made on the restrictive factors that affecting the normal function of large and medium size reservoirs in Wenzhou City. Countermeasures are proposed to provide valuable experiences for projects in similar regions.
