以开发区工业化和新型城镇化的良性互动发展为背景,基于阳泉经济技术开发区产业和城镇发展基础,从产业经济布局与城镇规划融合、信息科技产业与智慧城市建设融合、绿色低碳发展与生态新区建设融合等三方面,推动经济技术开发区产、城、人集聚发展,将开发区向综合型城市功能区转型。

For the positive and interactional development of industrialization and new-type urbanization,basing on the basis of development of Yangquan economic and technological development zone,three aspects of combination which are the layout of industrial economic and urban planning,the information technology industry and the smart city,green low carbon development and the ecological new district,promote industry people and urban of development zone cluster development,and turn into synthetic urban function district.
