摘要
采用固定砂石体积法,利用废砖与废混凝土一起粉碎后筛选的5 mm^20 mm连续级配的混杂砖骨料配制性能优异的自密实再生混凝土。经过多次试验,比较了用水量和胶凝材料组成对混凝土的工作性能和抗压强度的影响,试验表明,当水胶比为0.36,粉煤灰掺量为40%时,混杂砖骨料自密实再生混凝土抗压强度可以达到47.6 MPa,工作性能也达到最优。
By means of the fixed gravel volume method,self-compacted recycled concrete with superior performance was prepared by using the mixed brick aggregate of 5 mm ~ 20 mm continuous gradation which was selected from the crushed waste brick and waste concrete.After many trials,the effects of water consumption and the composition of gelled material on the work performance and the compressive strength of concrete were compared.Experiments show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.36 and the content of fly ash is 40%,the compressive strength of self-compacted recycled concrete with mixed brick aggregate reaches 47.6 MPa,and the work performance is also optimal.
