贵都高速公路路面裂缝全深度愈合注浆技术试验研究

Experiment of full-depth grouting healing of cracks in guidu expressway

为了深度愈合高速公路路面裂缝,通过专用探测设备对路面裂缝的宽度及深度进行检测。依据检测结果,采用专用注浆设备把注浆材料从裂缝下部向上对裂缝进行填充注浆,把路面裂缝及其各结构层之间有效地连接为一个整体,达到结构性的修复。试验表明,裂缝愈合注浆技术工艺稳定、质量可靠。

In order to fully repair pavement cracks of expressway,the width and depth of pavement cracks were detected by detection equipment.According to the their datas,the grouting materials were filled from the down part of the crack to the up part with the special grouting apparatus,and the pavement cracks and their structural layers were effectively connected into a whole to achieve structural restoration.Experiments showed that the crack grouting healing technology is stable and reliable.
