信息化与智能化在高铁预制梁场中的创新应用

Innovative application of intelligent and information technology in high speed railway precast beam yard

介绍了梁场生产管理信息系统、设备物联网信息系统、BIM技术+航拍倾斜摄影技术三个信息化的创新应用;并探讨了预应力自动张拉系统、自动静载试验系统、太阳能照明系统、预制箱梁自动喷淋养护系统四个智能化的创新应用,不仅提高了高铁预制梁工程质量和安全,而且提高了工效,创造了效益,同时也为下步高铁梁场智能化、信息化持续改进提供了参考。

Beam field production management information system were introduced in this paper,equipment iot information system,BIM technology ＋ tilted aerial photography technology innovation three informationization application,automatic tensioning prestressed system are introduced,the static load test system,solar lighting systems,automatic spray precast concrete box girders of four innovative applications of intelligent maintenance system,not only improved the high-speed precast beam engineering quality and safety,and improve the work efficiency,to create the benefit,but also for the next step high speed railway field intelligent,information as reference for continuous improvement.
