营改增对建筑工程造价的影响研究

通过对营改增模式下,营改增对建筑工程造价的影响进行研究,提出工程造价对其的应对策略,如转变经营理念完善投标报价体系、提高相关工作人员的综合素质、慎重选择供应商、降低对建筑业相关企业的增值税税率等,从而确保建筑工程相关企业的正常盈利和健康发展。

Through changing the growth mode of the camp,replacing business tax with value-added tax（ VAT） on the impact of the construction project cost,and the cost of the project the corresponding strategies,such as changing management concept to improve the bidding system,improve the comprehensive quality of the relevant staff,careful selection of suppliers,reduce construction enterprises value-added tax rate through the above,a series of measures to ensure the normal profit of construction related enterprises and healthy development.
