摘要
攀树运动是一种新兴的户外运动。主要运用文献资料法对攀树运动的起源、概念与开展价值进行了梳理,对国内开展现状进行总结,研究表明:攀树运动具有较好的锻炼价值,但国内开展该活动较少,需进一步努力推广。
Tree climbing movement is an emerging outdoor sport. Mainly using the method of literature, this paper combs the origin, concept and value of the sport, and summarizes the current status in China. It is concluded that this sport is of great exercise values, and needs more promotion to make it more popular.
